„I liked the location. It was very convenient. The train station was nearby. Food outlets were convenient. Chinatown was amazing. I found the staircase steep. The inconvenience for us was the lack of an elevator. We had heavy luggage and found it hard to bring it up the stairs. “

„Looking for accommodation near Shibuya for a group of 5. This was an excellent choice. Beds comfortable good size wet room and washer/dryer in room. Had WiFi and enough space for personal items. It’s a bit of a club area but never really noticed it. 8 mins walk and at crossing“

„Great location (central but still quiet area). The rooms are spacious and very clean. The only negative thing is that they also accept families with children. There was still horrible family whose children were running and yelling around the corridor also after midnight till I bawled their father keen. The staff should take better care about things like that!“

„Easy to get to train station “

„I went to Tokyo while my grandson is there for a semester as an exchange student. It was perfect for me alone. Might be ok for two light packer travelers. The stairs are rather steep, so for people with limited mobility this is not the best setup. Perfect location, and Ko is super fast with replies. I was also allowed to check out late, as my flight was in the evening- that was tremendously helpful. Definitely would rent there again. “
