„The hotel is right at the center of the city, easy to get around. The room is spacious and spotless. The staffs are nice, friendly and very helpful.“

„Convenient location. Nice hotel.“

„Everything is good!“

„There were several instances where the staff’s limited English led to repeated follow-up calls for clarification. Additionally, some information was changed again at check-in, causing confusion. The accommodation also had a noticeable issue with ants and other insects.“

„The room was clean, good breakfast. It's close to the airport. Staff were friendly.“

„1100 plus rooms but no way to check in before the 2:00 time line as “your room is not ready” was the answer for 90 minutes. The place was so empty and quiet they shut down the restaurant and kiosk. If you look close you can see the dirt. So don’t look too closely“

„This place is along the fishing peninsula. The room was nice and clean. Staff rented me a scooter for around $5 a day so that I could ride around the peninsula and check out some of the islands that are near by. Run by a very friendly family.“

„Shocking difference between Expedia photos of resort and actual. The resort is dilapidated and filthy, old and in urgent need of attention and renovation. The best way I can make my point is to say I walked from a 5 day $600 stay rather than remain at this run down resort.“

„Check in late and stayed only for 3hours. Had to catch a flight. Can’t get myself to touch the blanket- got spider sitting on it when I turned on the lights. No lights in vanity/wash sink section. Website pictures of the room are very misleading. Very old, moldy corner, sink not wiped down, clothes storage area all scratch/dirty, cabinet/sink rims are lined with dirt. Just wash face and feet. Didn’t use the bed. Checked in 11pm, got only a key-check in lady can’t speak English? Left at  ...

„The resort should listed its name so you can find it. The rooms were across the street from this resort so it is very deceiving. Will not stay here again…“
