„What a gem of a hotel! My husband and I wanted a nice hotel to stay during our cross-country road trip and this was perfect. We arrived at 8:30pm, checked in quickly and were at the rooftop bar by 9pm. Dinner and drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was great. The room itself was cozy and swanky at the same time. Great in-room bar and snacks, and a very comfortable bed and pillows. I slept through the night, which is not my norm! Breakfast in the lobby was delish as well, and service was ...
„I appreciated the knowledgeability of the night clerk who checked us in and helped us with the the history of the area as well as advised on delicious options for eating out. We opted for the Bell House restaurant for evening and waffle house in the morning.
Also loved the kitchenette in the room. “

Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

"After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts).
But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. Friendly service, at Dinner time a bit hectic for the reasons mentioned before. Three and a half stars ***1/2*

"The hotel room was clean. The bathroom however desperately needs to be renovated, it is simply too old and although it is clean, it appears to be dirty. The rooms do not have a microwave, which should be updated. The personnel is very friendly and I recommend booking a room."
