„Clean room. Parking good early, have to park in Casino garage late. Would not allow us to check in before 4 pm no matter what. Had to leave and come back 20 mins later to check in. Nice staff just very rigid about check in time.“

„We had a stopover for one night on the way from Michigan to Tennessee. The hotel was okay for the single night, but we would not want to stay here longer. The cleanliness of both the room and the pool was disappointing. Although we had a non-smoking room the odor of cold smoke was obvious.“

„The first room we were given was on the second floor and upon stepping off the elevator it smelled like cigarette smoke (supposedly non-smoking). We entered our room and it smelled musty and the laminate flooring had maybe spilled food all over it. It was absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk for a different room and the front desk worker (not sure who because no staff wore nametags) gave us a room on the third floor.
