„This property was great for our stay in the LA area. Convenient to shops and food. Good for travelers depending on local transportation services. Pleasantly appointed and clean. Easy access, amenities are not deluxe but adequate. Very glad we found this place!“

„The Host changed the dates of the booking by a week without any notice 2 days before I checking in. The host ghosted me and did not change the dates back at all. Before he ghosted me, he was rude and sketchy. Do not book this room, you will get scammed. I thankfully caught the changes he made before the refund policy expired the next day. If I didn’t catch it, I would have been scammed a lot of money and would have gone to a trip with nowhere to stay. Stay away from this place“

„Wonderful stay! We were in town with our teenage daughters looking at colleges and we all loved this place and Santa Monica. The place is super clean and spacious for a family of 4 and it was great to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops. Communication with owner was great. We would stay again!“

„The house we rented was beautiful. But the was completely incorrect in terms of where the rental was located. It said Marina del Rey, but it was actually Culver City. The listing also said it was a 10 minute walk from Venice Beach. Being from the Midwest, we wanted a high walk ability. It was a 15 minute drive and even then they tried to gaslight me into saying I was incorrect about their listing.“

„Our stay here started on a very stressful note with bad experience. The host was very rude and the property was not cleaned at all and we had to do multiple back and forth just to get the basic cleaning done. The house listed had no basic amenities for soap/hand wash. The kitchen utensils were sticky, smelling bad and had expired products. The property is not wheelchair and kids friendly so please be mindful of it and be ready to walk further atleast 200m and multiple stairs inside the property ...

„The condo itself was very nice and clean. I only have 1 thing i was not too happy about and that was the key pick up process . We were in the area to get my dauther moved out from college. With having to fly over 5hrs , rent a SUV, pack move items , plus drive around town. The last thing you want to do is drive to one location to pick up keys and then search for your vacation rental . Other than that beautiful condo decoration.“
