„We spent a long weekend for the Vivid Light Festival. Location is amazing in walking distance to many of the highlights or close to the station for light rail or trains. We were a bit disappointed by our room but the staff were very helpful and allocated us another room which we really enjoyed. The breakfast is delicious with many choices and staff are very friendly and efficient. We will come back. “

„1 bed suite is ok. I wouldn't pay for balcony, there was no view and it's unappealing. Bed was comfortable. Difficult to contact reception or anyone in the evening, took 30mins to get through because they forgot to make up the sofa bed. Hotel is ok, reasonably clean but still looks dated. “
