„The Perch was the perfect home base for my father and me during a short trip to Seattle. We needed only a couple of beds and a coffee maker because we were going to be out and about most of the weekend. My bed was sooo comfortable!It was great to have parking, though the navigation into/out of the space might be a little tricky for a larger car. The space has everything you need for a small group. Would definitely stay there again on the next trip.“

„The place is overall very nice and we had a good stay. The 3rd floor experienced a temporary electricity and Wi-Fi outage, but this was not the owner’s fault and beyond their control. „Great place (really cute decor ;)) for 4 people. We enjoyed the 2 separate spaces. Everything was clean, and it was a well-stocked kitchen! „The house was very clean with ample space. The house itself was great. Parking can be competitive. The majority of the neighborhood is amazing and beautiful. When we stayed there was a person living in a tent across the street. On the main street, if you turn right and go down a few blocks, it’s a bit seedy. „No complaints! This was perfect for a few nights in Seattle prior to a cruise. We rented a car to go back and forth to downtown as it’s about 15 min away. It was cheaper to rent a car than get an Uber each time for 4 people. The host was excellent at communicating and the house was clean. One floor living once up a flight of stairs. “
