The house was perfectly situated and I enjoyed watching the sun rise while drinking coffee on the dock outside. Everything matched the online version. Note, if you are over 5'9" the you will have to hunch down in the shower. The ceiling is super low, but we managed. The only issue we had was getting the lockbox for the key open.
