„I have been at this place before and always happy. This time however they had workers in to refurbish some of the rooms. Naturally this is messy. However the hotel didn't pay particular attention to separate the builders from the guests. Otherwise fine as always.“

„Everything in the house was beyond what we expected. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for all of us. We LOVE the parking- very convenient. Overall a really good experience- Jose was very responsive when needed and he checked on us throughout the stay. Neighbors upstairs can be heard walking ay night, but nothing disturbing.“

It took us a little while to understand the rail system from New Jersey to Manhattan, but after that, everything was a breeze. The owner answered all my questions in a timely manner. Would have liked a washer and dryer, but other than that, all was fine.“

„Localização excelente para quem optou ficar fora de Manhattan. A 100m da casa consegue se ver uma vista magnifica da grande metrópole. Bom sistema de transporte público (onibus) com tempo médio de 25 min até Port Autorithy (a poucos minutos a pe da Times Square). Proximo da casa tem mercados e drogarias. As fotos refletem o que é o imovel e a limpeza é boa. Em resumo, um bom custo beneficio.“

A little confused when we arrived because I wasn’t aware it was below the taco place and not above it. Had an issue with the hot water because there wasn’t any in the shower. Owner sent a plumber over to check it out as soon as possible. Still had no hot water in the shower. But we didn’t let that ruin our weekend. „Wer mal ein typisch amerikanisches altes Haus erleben möchte, muss nur dieses Apartment buchen. Es war nicht sehr sauber und laut, die Fenster undicht. Die Wohnung klein und die Betten waren durchgelegen und man hatte Angst das man durchbricht. Der Ausblick wie auf den Bildern? Werdet ihr nicht finden. Die Wohnung ist nur für 5 Personen bestückt. Es gibt keine Stühle für 7 Personen und es ist auch sehr kuschelig für die Anzahl an Personen.“

„Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.“

„We stayed for 2 days, overall the house is clean and most of our needs were met. Although, there was no paper towel available so we have to go buy it ourselves but there is a convenient store close by so it wasn't a hassle at all. Also, there were only 2 clean towels, wished there were more since we booked for 6 adults and 1 a baby. But it is a good thing I brought a couple of towels with me so it worked out good. „The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible.
