But, the loudest neighbors are the Seagulls! There is one that perches himself up on the streetlamp post and howls like a monkey all night long!! „Had another great visit. This is our second time, we love the unplugged feeling of this lovely cottage. The yard is a wonderful relaxing place to enjoy the birds and read a good book. Lots of great hiking trails nearby. We had a little glitch and Paul was right on it and fixed the issue. Thanks, we hope to be back!“

„We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city ...
