"Schönes modernes Hotel, nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Leider war der zweite Fahrstuhl kaputt, von daher mal sportlich die Treppe genommen, wenn der eine Fahrstuhl zu voll war. Kostenloses parken. Hotel ist etwas von der City abgelegen an der Bay."

"Die Lage in Bristol ist fantastisch – das ist klar der größte Pluspunkt. Der Service war in Ordnung. Leider gab es einige Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten ein Kingsize-Bett gebucht und bekamen zwei Queen-Betten. Das Zimmer war zu warm, das Bad wirkte renovierungsbedürftig. Beim Frühstück störten uns die hohen Preise sowie ein separater Frühstücksraum für bestimmte Gäste – das hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl der Ungleichbehandlung."
