"Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Parken war kostenlos im nebengelegenem Parkhaus. Wir hatten, warum auch immer, ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer, und dementsprechend war der Flair im Badezimmer. Die Betten waren gut und das Zimmer groß mit einer kleinen Couch. Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption war okay."

"Die Lage in Bristol ist fantastisch – das ist klar der größte Pluspunkt. Der Service war in Ordnung. Leider gab es einige Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten ein Kingsize-Bett gebucht und bekamen zwei Queen-Betten. Das Zimmer war zu warm, das Bad wirkte renovierungsbedürftig. Beim Frühstück störten uns die hohen Preise sowie ein separater Frühstücksraum für bestimmte Gäste – das hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl der Ungleichbehandlung."
