„Good location for getting into city centre and there is a roadside parking space. Although only a studio it is reasonably spacious and well equipped, but there is only a microwave for cooking. The bathroom is small but the shower is very good. The studio was spotlessly clean when we checked in. We had trouble getting the terrestrial TV channels and the freezer door is partially blocked by main fridge door not opening far enough.“

„The flat you advertise on the website looks absolutely nothing like the property we stayed in. The bin in the kitchen/living area didnt have a lid so the smell of what was in the bin filled the living area. There was no window in the living/kitchen area only the light coming in the glass front door. There was no plug in the sink in the bathroom and the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom door didn't close.“

"Sehr schönes Spa, wunderschönes Hotel. Direkt im Zenrim, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplatz unbedingt reservieren, da schlechte Parkmöglichkeit. Zimmerservice bei uns immer Nachmittags wenn wir kurz ausruhen wollten. Änderung der Zeit nicht möglich. Somit 2 Tage kein Roomservice bekommen."

"Wir waren vier Nächte in dem Hotel. Der Eingang/die Rezeption ist nur über Stufen erreichbar, das mit Gepäck hinderlich ist. Das Hotel liegt für eine Stadterkundung sehr gut. Auch Bars, Restaurants und Pubs sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten ein sehr sauberes und modernes Zimmer. Allerdings befanden sich die Betten auf Rollen, Dies ist auch üblich, nicht jedoch, dass sich die Rollen nicht arretieren ließen, d.h. die Betten rollten bei Nutzung immer von der Wand in den Raum. Das war sehr nervig. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich, aber wirklich ohne jegliche Abwechslung. Der Knaller war das „Rührei“, das wir ab dem zweiten Tag sofort mieden."
