„We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!“

„This worked out nicely. The place is small, parking abundant and the Tangletown area of Green Lake is close by. I got coffee at Zoka Coffee Roasters each morning, and Aslan Brewing had good beer. Two heads up for families: (1) the main bed is under the loft beds so you are all in the same room while sleeping; and (2) the steps to the loft are very steep - almost ladder like. Our kids are big enough now but if they were a few years younger, I'd have been very uneasy with them sleeping up ...

„We had a great time staying at this VRBO in Seattle. The apartment was very clean, and it had a great layout for the five of us. We were able to put the kids in one room with their own double beds, my father-in-law had his own room with en-suite bath, and my husband and I had our own room as well. „I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!“

And wow, if you are looking for a spacious 2 bedroom place to stay in or around Green Lake, this is it. Place is brand new with full kitchen appliances. „Finding the was difficult as you can’t access the property from the front as it is on a highway. The back is how you enter and it’s under construction as they’re building another building. Construction materials and debris, and no paved path make it challenging to access the property. The roof is very low and the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The washer machine smells like mold and ruined my son’s brand new shirt. Great location but wouldn’t stay there again“
