„I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. Bagels zum toasten und Porridge zum Frühstück; daneben noch aufgewärmte verpackte Leckereien. Für Europäer teils zu fett oder zu süß. „The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that “

„Spencer was a fantastic host for a great property. This house is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, near downtown, UW Village, and Seattle Children's Hospital. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was lots of space to hang out inside and outside. There were good walkable destinations, and most of Seattle was within a 10 minute drive. As I said, Spencer was a great host and communicated quickly with us when needed; we had to change our departure date, and he was totally accomodating! ...

„This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage. This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom ...

„This was a great property for our family. We especially enjoyed the location and back patio. We didn’t have a car and used the light rail system for all of our exploring in the city. Having a market a few blocks away was really nice for our snacking needs!! We ended most nights sitting outside on the back patio enjoying the gorgeous weather. Quiet, friendly neighbors. The only real noise was from the Highway nearby, but it wasn’t too bad.“
