„Very clean and fairly quiet property and close to UW. Property has tight parking, but was greatful to have parking available. You have to be able to manage steps. The property is bright and welcoming with balcony and air-condition units in room when needed or wanted. Communication with Host was good and welcoming. Thank you, for allowing us to use your space.“

„Incredibly well stocked condo which made the trip very comfortable. The condo was very clean, quiet and had a lot of amenities. It was very convenient to have a dedicated parking spot in the back of the condo, the parking is tight but our rental car was a small/compact SUV and I was able to park it just fine. Really enjoyed staying here and would book this location again if I am ever back in Seattle.“

„The location of this facility was ideally close to many Seattle activities and the front yard was a beautiful mass of flowers. Unfortunately, it was not available for guests staying in the efficiency, behind the garage. Backyard was lackluster with a table and uncomfortable chairs. Efficiency is a bit larger than a standard hotel room and would have been better suited for a 1-2 night stay. A short warm shower, left the second person with a cold shower. We arrived (after a long day of travel) and tried to settle in. The first thing I noticed was that there were no throw blankets to snuggle up on the couch with - minor inconvenience. We can deal. „The location was beautiful. The studio was lovely a great space. But I was a little disappointed on how the bathroom smelled like mildew and I had to keep the air vent fan on the entire stay as well as the washer had the most disgusting odor. There’s no windows that could be opened, so when we were cooking breakfast, I had to leave the front door open. There also were a few large dead spiders in the corners.
