„Love everything about this condo - great size, comfortable, great location. I did not realize this was an upstairs unit though, and that presented a few challenges for us. Paul was very responsive to my inquiries about switching to a first floor unit, but there was just no way to "switch things around" and I like this place so much, I didn't want to cancel and rebook elsewhere. „Rex was a great host, very communicative and easy to work with. The location was excellent, right in the middle of town which made it easy to walk to just about anywhere. The accommodations were great and very clean. It's great for a single or a couple but not for a family. I can't really say enough of how easy the stay was from beginning to end. “

„We had a great stay at this property in Demorest, GA. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with easy parking just a few feet from the front door. Check-in was a breeze, and the location in peaceful downtown Demorest was perfect for exploring the scenic North Georgia mountains. We did have a small issue with the water heater at first, but the owner responded immediately and resolved it quickly—hot showers for the rest of the trip! Overall, a great experience and would definitely stay again.“
