„Loved the fitness room! Was a bit larger than most with 3 treadmills, 2 elliptical, bike and free weights, kettlebells and 2 benches. Usually the gyms are tiny but there were 4 people in there and we all had room! “
„The atmosphere at this lodge was peaceful and restful. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the patio looking out at the lake. The breakfast was adequate, with gluten free options that were a welcome surprise. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the details in the room could be updated, specifically the balcony/bathroom door handles and the bathroom flooring that was cracked and moved when you stepped on the tiles. “

„It's been bought by a development group and they seem to be renovating for more of a High Hampton or Blackberry Farm vibe. Adding a 3 story hotel and such. Hope it doesn't mean prices are going to skyrocket as Dillard House has always been a great value. Super nice staff.“

„What an absolutely pleasant surprise to see the lodge after driving down the hill. It’s nestled in the woods and is just darling. Inside is beautiful; welcoming and warm, clean and our host kelly was the best. Loved chatting with a few of the guests in the morning over coffee. Beautifully curated antiques fill the common area.
Our room upstairs was just what we needed; nice and cool, super comfortable bed with fabulous sheets that felt luxurious!
