„We enjoyed the privacy of our mid-April stay with the hot tub being the star attraction! A recent snow had covered and muffled the beautiful stream. In warmer months the running stream would overcome the constant traffic noise on I-70. The quaint structure of the main room added ambiance. NOTE: Each added room and bathroom requires a step up! The updated kitchen had everything we needed! “

„We couldn’t be happier with our stay at this property. The house was clean, had ample supplies as far as dishes, cookware and spices were concerned. The furnishings were comfortable. The living and sleeping areas were not cramped. Check in went smoothly and check out was relatively simple. We spent a week at this property and found its location to be convenient for trips into town and close to RMNP entrance. We would rent again!“

The kitchen had everything from measuring spoons to cheese grater. Cabin was comfortable and beautiful!!! House had plenty of room, one bedroom was on opposite side of house with entryway, separating them, which gave our teenage daughter much needed separation in solitude. Big comfy beds. „The property was nice. But if you’re looking for peaceful river setting it’s a no go. Property directly across river plays loud music all day. Takes away from peace & serenity of area. Also, at night the industrial area all around back has lights lit up. Just not the tranquility I thought I was paying for by the river. Property was clean and nice otherwise. Check in/out was easy.“
