„This our second time staying at The Flats and this time don’t disappoint. It’s very close to CSU campus and in a safe area. You have to park on the street (or at Target up the street), but we have never had a problem finding a spot. Easy check-in and great communications with the hosts. We will always try and book one of these places whenever we’re in town.“

„I only slept here, my days were at hospital. It was only a 7 minute walk to NJH. I passed right by Sprouts, a grocery store. vey convent for Me. There are about 7 steps going down to the rental. They are steep. I had no problem and I am 75. Just to be careful. David , the host was wonderful.“

„My wife and stayed at the condo for a work conference in Boulder and it worked out perfectly for us. The condo is spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Property manager was attentive and our stay could not have been smoother. Love the eclectic decorating taste of the owner.“

„Highly recommend. The neighborhood is nice. Lots of restaurants within walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner variety. Very close to City Park (Museum of Nature and Science, Denver Zoo, playground, lots of walking trails). The apartment is in the basement and it was very cute. The steps down were a little steep and my husband (6'3) had to duck to keep from knocking his head, but that's to be expected in an older home. Our kids appreciated the games that were supplied.
