„Such an exquisite place to stay! Outstanding breakfast, very friendly and polite staff, cozy rooms, good atmosphere throughout the house. Loved it!“

„The Butler House was very homey, clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The location for seeing the falls was excellent. We were able to walk to all tourist locations both in the US and Canada. Both mornings breakfast was delicious and filling. We highly recommend!“

„Breakfast was outstanding“

„It is hard to find the bathroom light switch in the dark. An easy fix, but not a great greeting after a long trip. The room was clean but an extra blanket would be nice. I would suggest that you use the word "precisely....at 8:30." Our breakfast was fresh and hot, but another couple came down later after their plates had been served on the table long before they arrived. I don't find any excuse for that. Breakfast was decent but hardly chef-prepared. We learned to ask questions about ...

„The stay was very comfortable, the food very good and plentiful, and the host and staff solicitous and very friendly. The location is just as advertised--very easy to get food or walk to the trails, Niagara State Park and the casino. I don't know that I would walk the neighborhood alone late at night, but it felt perfectly safe for everything else. We stayed during the early phases of reopening during COVID, so our perspective due to boarded shops, etc. may be a bit skewed.“

„We enjoyed our stay at this sweet B&B. Joan met us at the door and gave us the door code and WiFi password (they were posted as well), provided a little history of the beautiful home and arranged a time for breakfast the following morning. The room was clean. We had a jetted tub and a thermostat for our room (which Joan had turned on the heat prior to our arrival). There was an air conditioner in the window of the room. Breakfast every morning was delicious! We will definitely be returning when ...

„Cute and comfortable room with access to kitchenette. Great communication from host. Close to Erie canalway trail.“

„What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area.“

„We could not have asked for a nicer host and hostess!“

„The room was clean, the house beautiful and the host made a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed talking to her.“

„Perfect place for us to stay with 4 adults and 2 kids. Host was super nice and was fast with communication when we had questions.“

„We had a wonderful weekend get away! Three couples enjoying each others company. Plenty of space, very clean, well equipped, very comfortable beds. Over all a perfect place to stay! We attended the Tall Pines ATV parks winter run. We were able to ride our machines right from the house! Only took 5 minutes! Samantha was an amazing host! “
