„The lodge was very well equipped with kitchen items. Only thing that will let it down. Could’ve done with the bit of a clean, dust specially, when you have asthma, and the dust doesn’t help.But very quiet location and lovely.“

„We booked as we thought it was a weekend break with a hot tub. It has hot tubs on site but we did not have one as we had planned and was really disappointing. I called Sean the manager and did not feel heard or supported and he was not able to aid me in who to complain to as it could be Jose’s sons or berbo but he could not help so we had no options to discuss with anyone else. „We really enjoyed our stay! The listing said it had a hot tub but when we arrived it didn’t. I read after that the external company listed it incorrectly. The only down side was the property wasn’t cleaned very well - old used contact lenses around the desk and bedside table and there was hairs on the bathroom shelf. I did a quick clean myself and throughly enjoyed the rest of our week the location was perfect and our lodge was next to the pond which was lovely.“

„We stayed for seven days - two adults and two teenage children. What we loved:The location was great - not far from The Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales. The lodge was spotless and had everything we needed for the week. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and when we had some questions, they were answered promptly.
