Parking:
Two off-street parking spots suitable for mid-sized vehicles are provided. Please note that larger trucks or SUVs may not fit in the off-street spots. Ample free street parking is available right by the house.

Broadway, The Gulch, and Wedgewood Houston are just a quick 5-10 minute Uber away.

Please take note of these additional important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay:

• Guest Services: Enjoy a hassle-free departure with no checkout chores – simply lock up and go. Our local Nashville Access team is happy to assist with reservations, recommendations, grocery stocking, and any needs during your stay.

• Early Check-ins/Late Check-outs: Guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs can be arranged for half the nightly rate if the preceding or following night is available and blocked for you. Otherwise, we gladly allow early check-ins when the house is ready.

• Group Bookings: The Blair House can be combined with adjacent homes for larger groups needing more space. Please message us to check availability.

• Hot Tub Guidelines: To keep the hot tub in top condition and avoid malfunction, please agree to the following before booking:
- Always keep the lid on when not in use. During summer, you may leave lid off at night, ONLY when sun is not out. This will help with cooling.
- Maintain temperature between 96-98°F anytime not in use.
- Do not turn off the breaker at any time.
