The Space:

The grand entry parlor is perfect for large group hangs, while the cozy bedrooms keep everyone from feeling on top of each other. Many families have made wonderful memories here—now it’s your turn! Rustic charm and modern amenities make this place perfect for a quiet retreat or a celebratory gathering. And don’t miss a visit to Dee’s Lounge or Eastside Bowl, both local favorite hangout spots. Enjoy cooking up meals in the modern open kitchen looking into the dining area. Lounge in the large living room/vintage parlor with an old-fashioned pop-up tv. Settle into the comfy two bedrooms on the upper floor, each with additional bunk rooms for more guests. Enjoy an office with a large desk for those that need a quiet place to work while others relax. There is Google Fiber internet with Wi-Fi throughout the home and a laundry area on-site. There is a beautiful large outdoor space for entertaining guests or enjoying the wildlife. Have your camera ready to capture deer, bunnies, and a menagerie of birds.



★Layout★



Main Level:

Live out your country-western fantasy in this western-gothic styled living room and parlor. Play some cards or read tarot in the foyer, rock in the vintage rocking chair by the hearth, or relax in the coziest leather recliner imaginable while you binge something on Netflix.



Upper Level:

This floor features two comfortable bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, one with a Full. Each bedroom has an adjacent bunk room for additional sleeping. One is furnished with a fold-out couch, and the other is open space for sleeping bags, air mattresses, etc. The bathroom sits conveniently between the two bedrooms.



Outdoor Area:

Enjoy a spacious yard and porch, ideal for sipping your morning coffee while watching families of deer roam by. There is a deer feeder and deer visit the property daily. Plenty of space for kids to run around, or grown-ups to bird-watch or wander.



★The Neighborhood★

Located in the quiet residential area of Madison, along the Nashville riverfront. A short 15 minute drive from downtown Nashville and the airport, and only 6 minutes from the Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ol' Opry!



★House Rules★

During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.



Other Things to Note:

★Damage Waiver★

You are renting a private home.  Please treat the property with the respect you would like shown to your own home.  We get that accidents happen – some more sober than others – and we want you to be aware of your Damage Waiver coverage should something get a little wild during your stay.  In an attempt to make this easier for you, the Damage Waiver fee is included in your cleaning fee.  Here’s how it works: by booking with Stay Local Nashville, Inc., you understand and accept that your booking fees include a Damage Waiver.  It is the Guests’ responsibility (that’s you!) to report damage that is caused to the Property during your stay.  The vacation rental Damage Waiver is not insurance, but instead an agreement by Stay Local Nashville, Inc., to replace or repair unintentional damages up to $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars) in total to the rental unit’s interior.  Damages that qualify for this agreement must occur during a Guest’s reservation, be disclosed to management prior to check out, and the Damage Waiver must have been paid in full prior to arrival (don’t worry, it’s wrapped into the cleaning fee!).  Any damages that either exceed $1,000.00 (one thousand dollars), are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file, through the Airbnb resolution center. The Damage Waiver does not include theft or intentional or negligent damage and will not be covered by this fee and the Guest will be liable for all costs associated with intentional or negligent damage.  The Guest is liable for any and all costs and fees associated with the vacation rental, including reasonable collection costs and attorney’s fees that are in any way associated with the Guest’s and/or the Guest’s invitee’s breach of this agreement, including but not limited to, money owned under this agreement for damage to the premises, fees, and/or fines.

★Rental Policy★

It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.



★Refund Policy★

By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA. This refund policy does not apply to reservations booked by HMVB guests.
