Gut: Sauberkeit
The unit is nice, competitively priced & conveniently located. Parking sucks. We cooperated with neighbors (in next door vacation rentals) but it could have been a nightmare. The two parking spots outside of the garage, but the code only works on the front door, which is a rather tricky thing to figure out upon arrival as the garage door doesn’t have the address on it and the instructions don’t specify in which door to use the code. The front door looks bad; railing is loose, leaning, the lock hardware is crooked and yuck smudges on the glass (sticky hands?). Inside, we noticed lots of skid marks on the light colored walls and leftover gunk on tables. The theater room is disorganized and the recliners are worn-out, the red surface is peeled away on the headrests. The theater itself is located in the garage, but there’s no other parking to make up for the loss. Several broken furniture pieces in the closets. The fabric sofa is stained, the bed sheets are piling, and towels are small, thin certainly not the quality that is advertised. The mattress in the main bedroom is not comfortable it lumps and dips. The check out suggested starting a load of laundry but there is no detergent available. Also, one glass shelf in the freezer is missing, and the ice maker is not working. On the bright side, Starbucks and Publix are right next door.
