„Very quiet, staff (which you will not see too often) are very friendly and eager to help in any way. Rooms are very nice and clean. The only downside that I would mention is that there is no cable TV, only broadcast. That being said I will definitely be staying at Erik's Retreat again. Wonderful experience. “

„Overall a very pleasant stay! Hotel is very modern and clean, staff is very friendly. The location next to Mall of America and airport is great! Of course it gets noisy from time to time due to aircrafts starting and landing, but you can't stay next to an airport and expect total quietness. Downside: We were surprised to learn that breakfast (was included in our booking) is limited to one beverage and meal per person - everything else needs to be paid extra. The quality of the food was amazing ...

„This property was a great weekend hangout for our trip to the area. The Roof top bar was a pleasant surprise, and savior for a late night arrival with Pizza to solve the hunger pains. Nice and fresh, lots of space to hang out. Parking was a bit odd, and having to use the key card in the elevator took a bit to get used to, but was no problem.“
