We actually weren't able to stay for our reservation due to an Emer. Admit to Hospital, and even with Expedia's help, this Property REFUSED to refund even a Partial payment made in Full, Credit for Future Stay, or any adjustment though given Alm. a Full weeks' notice of Travel Cancelation. Even our Airline gave a Full Credit for future travel.So Beware...We've NEVER experienced this type of lack of Customer Service!
