„This was our fifth year of staying on Isle of Palms and renting a house on Ocean Blvd. This house was perfect and fit our group's needs so well. We have a family sailboat racing program, and we bring all the little children, wives and girlfriends along for this regatta. The view was perfect. Beach access the best! „What a fun way to spend our time in Charleston! Yacht is docked permanently in a gated marina with easy but safe access. Unobstructed views of the Ashley River drinking coffee in the mornings and watching dolphins play at sunset while rocking in huge rocking chairs on the main deck. „The property is absolutely fantastic! The location is so private yet close to the beach and town! Your are absolutely surrounded my stunning scenery and the house is immaculate! We could not have asked for a better property for our family trip. The photos really do not do it justice! “

„Wonderful home for a family vacation. Open floor plan on 2nd floor kitchen and family room. Bedrooms and bathrooms galore. Pool was just right for post beach cool offs. “

„Incredible house! We had a couple of minor issues but the management company took care of everything fairly quickly. We had a large group and having multiple ovens, fridges, microwaves etc really helped! House seemed very clean and was well-equipped. If we were to do this kind of vacation again - I woould defintiely go back.“

„Fantastic house, steps away and you are on the beach. 3 blocks from the center of Folly Beach. The decks have a fantastic view. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and nice. Kitchen was awesome. 2 refridgerators, super ice maker, all the cookware you need, clean and fresh. We are booked again for next August. Can not wait to get back to this house and Folly Beach August 2026.“

Plenty of space in the dining room and the kitchen was well appointed with just about every type of equipment we needed for our meals. The master on the 2nd floor was great and spacious. „There is no better beach front home on the SC coast for a better deal than this absolutely delightful property. Huge porch, with ample seating and million dollar views of the ocean and the sunset. Who could ask for me. We especially loved having dinner on the back deck each night. “

„Absolutely gorgeous house with the most beautiful enchanted setting. Easy to get to the beach and wonderful bike paths. One minor complaint is that they were not upfront about the extra charge for heating the pool and the hot tub. That said it was not necessary for our visit. Otherwise, they are very accessible and reply to any concerns readily —definitely would love to come back.“

"Lobby super toll. Zimmer keine 4 Sterne . Fenster gehen nicht zu öffnen nicht zu klappen öffnen !nichts ! Keine Minibar! Blick auf Chaos Baustelle. Frühstück gebucht Kontinental mit Vorfreude auf normales Frühstück wie üblich Hotel Eier Brot usw usw . Dafür lag Tüte morgens an Tür . Etwas Obst , winzige klein Croissant Muffet. Kaffee Pappbecher !Happy Hour wurde durch andere Weinsorte , was uns nicht gesagt wurde nicht anerkannt , mussten vollen Preis zahlen!"
