Beim Check-in müssen Sie einen Lichtbildausweis vorlegen und einen Vertrag unterschreiben, wie es das italienische Mietrecht vorschreibt.
Der Eingang zu unseren Apartments ist von 16 bis 22 Uhr geplant.
Bei Langzeitaufenthalten (länger als 29 Nächte) ist es erforderlich, beim Check-in einen Mietvertrag und einen für die Dienstleistungen zu unterzeichnen und im Besitz einer italienischen Steuergesetzgebung zu sein.
Das Rauchen in der Wohnung ist strengstens untersagt. Im Falle eines Verstoßes wird ein Betrag in Höhe von 200€ berechnet.
Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
