imore Sallustio are 2 independent houses, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli, about 50m from the wonderful city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. Casa Grande is a multi-level accommodation, and consists of a bedroom with a French double bed on the mezzanine and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. On the second floor there is a kitchen and a double bedroom, while on the third floor there is a private terrace with gazebo and kitchenette. Among the strengths of the accommodation we have an equipped terrace for the exclusive use of guests, the fact of being in a very central position, having a wonderful city beach within walking distance. The accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and it is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning.



Casa Grande is a traditional building on multiple levels, located in the heart of the historic center of Monopoli. The house is NOT recommended for people with mobility problems as there are steep stairs. The accommodation includes a bedroom with a mezzanine French double bed and a double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower on the first floor. Upstairs there is a kitchen equipped with a sink, 4-burner induction plates, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a small table with stools, and a double bedroom. A spiral staircase leads to the third floor where there is a terrace for the exclusive use of guests equipped with a gazebo, kitchenette with sink and induction plates and table with chairs.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 150€
