„We had a dreamy stay at Pu'u O Hoku Ranch! We really enjoyed slowing down and enjoying each other's company in a beautiful setting. Coming from the hustle and bustle of Oahu, it was exactly what we were looking for. We spent countless hours hanging out by the lodge pool and soaking up the old Hawai'i vibe. „Das Zimmer war in einem ordentlichen Zustand. Allerdings war im ersten Zimmer ein sehr starker Gestank und wir haben schnell ein anderes erhalten. Aber auch da war der Geruch recht unangenehm. Insbesondere, wenn die Klimaanlage lief.
Das Frühstück war zum Glück im Preis enthalten (38 $ pro Person), aber nicht sehr reichhaltig. Es galt das Motto: Wenn weg, dann weg.
Leider gibt es ein Vogelproblem und manchmal fliegen einem Tauben dicht über den Köpfen.

„The resort didn’t exactly wow me, but this was one of the best units in the condo-style setup. Loved the proximity to the beach (literally 90 second walk), which meant soothing wave noises at night and easy beach hangs. It was clean, the kitchen had lots of dishware and cutlery, and easy to get into and out of. “

„The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows ...
