„Staff very friendly and welcoming, we even received a free chocolate cake for our National Day, which I'd have never expected that they would check these things about the origin country of their guests! What a nice surprise! Generally they were very attentive to make sure we have a pleasant stay, also at the bar or the breakfast, which was rich with buffet and a la carte options. Some little things were broken (elevator or parts of the bathtub), but otherwise it was perfect.“

„Very clean Hotel, excellent service and delicious breakfast. Nice pool and Sauna (ask one hour before and enjoy on the rooftop) Very kind staff. Only downside: now out of season, other events on side, but not disturbing, just busy in the lobby at times, but acceptable and staff is very focused on you having a good time. Good and safe location. Highly recommended! Safe money using airport shuttle ‘Llama Express’ check online- for 20 sole’s currently- Hotel organises Taxi service 80 Soles. “
