„Das Personal ist sehr sehr unhöflich was sehr schade ist den ansonsten wäre es ein top hotel“

„Alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen“

„I got there at 10 pm, and they told me I didn’t have a room. They didn’t call or contact me at all throughout the day (said they couldn’t find my number). Also, they said they would call to give me some sort of credit, and they never did. If I could give negative stars, I would.“

„Confort“

„This was a relatively new property on the edge of the Shippensburg University campus. It was was a few miles off I-81 so very quiet but also a few miles out of the downtown area for other restaurant options if you chose not to dine at the Bistro on property.“

„Der Check In verlief einfach und schnell. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Mitarbeiter nett und das Frühstück war großartig. “

„We reached very late as we had a flat tire but the front desk person was very understanding and helped us have a smooth check-in. Room was neat and clean.“

„Love this hotel!! Never any complaints.“

„The property is tired but all the staff and location is awesome!“

„It was nice…. glad that breakfast was served until ten a.m, not 9 a.m. Thank you…“

„Everything was wonderful. Great breakfast choices. Super quiet and beautifully clean room. We would stay here again without hesitation.“

„We have stayed at this hotel twice now and ALL the staff are super friendly. The rooms are big, clean and smell good. The breakfast served the purpose. I forgot my camera the first time and got it back. The swimming pool once had too much chlorine and our youngest had extreme problems with his eyes. The employees gave us free eye drops and always asked how he was doing. According to information from the front desk, the management would be informed.“
