When contacted, CleanBnB were quick to apologize and said someone would come by the next day….but no one ever turned up. They were once again very apologetic, but that was it. “

„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. „Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits, et elles se sont vraiment bien passé ! - Très propre lors de notre arrivée, et aussi extrêmement complet. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est déjà là. Présence de quelques fourmis à noter- Emplacement idéal, avec 2 restaurants dans la même rue, un supermarché à moins de 100m et à 5 minutes a pied de la station de métro. Par contre, nous avons eu un soir une association musicale présente dans le bâtiment à coté, et qui a joué jusque plus de 23h- Arrivée et sortie ...

Sie haben 2 Tage später auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert, wir haben also einen Tag vor der Abreise die zweite Decke bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit gemütlichen Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr sauber. Die Fernbedienung ist klebrig, funktionierte nicht und es gibt Flecken auf der Schlafcouch. Wir werden also diese Ferienwohnung nie wieder ...
