„Diese Unterkunft in der Vis San Fermo 1 ist tatsächlich so schön, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Ein sehr gehobener Komfort in einer trendigen, aber doch ruhigen Gegend. Wir haben es als Familie mit drei Kindern wirklich sehr genossen von der Wohnung aus überall hin zu kommen. Überall um die Ecke herum gelegen waren passende Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Dom ist knapp in 20 Minuten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. „Was a bit of a challenge getting into the property. Where the address takes you on Google maps isn't actually the entrance. There is a series of steps to unlock the doors - the exterior and then the apartment door, that have a few tricks to sort out. Once we got in the place was well kept and felt safe. The area outside seemed a little sketchy but we never had any issues. There was a taxi stand out front that helped us get taxis fairly easily. “

„This place would great for preteens. Climb up snd down some steep stairs to loft double bed. Extremely low ceilings in the loft. Concrete floor down in main floor with a treacherous, hard to see step to small kitchen area. Would totally not recommend this place for anybody over 40 or any sort of mobility issue. ........... Very quiet. Nice neighborhood within walking distance metro a m d tram. Great air.“

„Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und man kommt mit der Metro innerhalb weniger Minuten sowohl zum Dom als auch zum Airport. Der Zugang mittels Code ist sehr komfortabel. Das Apartment hat alles, was es braucht, sofern man nicht groß kochen will. Die 2 Bäder sind sehr angenehm und sparen viel Zeit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und waren sehr zufrieden. 😀“

„Great location, right at shopping/fashion street, not too far walking to Duomo, around 15 mins, many shops along the way so it’s fine to walk. New and nice apartment with patio. However the AC isn’t cold enough even turn the temperature to the lowest. There is a washing machine inside the apartment but no dryer, either handing the clothes in the patio to get dry or ask the property manger to dry elsewhere in case you need to wash clothes. Overall it is a convenient location! “
