„We booked this place during the design week for 2 nights (April 2023). At arrival the room however already was occupied by another guest. The owner sold it to two different parties for the same night. Even calling right at checkin there was no support from the owner at all to find an other location for the night nor any willingness to refund the first night. The room was cleaned (fresh towels), however the quality of the building was not satisfied at all. Felt like stay on a construction side. ...

„Die Lage und Größe des Appartements ist sehr gut. Allerdings war die Dusche von innen nicht sauber und auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, das wäre nur von außen. Wir haben sie dann selbst gereinigt. Die Decke im Bad hat auch deutliche Schimmel Spuren .Der Backofen und das Backblech waren auch sehr dreckig. Die Ausstattung an Geschirr ist sehr überschaubar.“

„The apartment on the pictures looks really nice, clean and bright, but in real it’s very dirty, old damaged things must be replaced, we should have double bed, but it was 2 single beds, no electric kettle and other stuff presented on the pictures of the kitchen, broken cups, from toiletries mentioned on the website it’s only 4 tiny pieces of soap. Disgusting vacuum cleaners and mops which nobody cleaned/changed for ages. “

„Obwohl wir für 4 Personen gebucht haben, gab es nur für 2 Personen Bettwäsche. Es war schwer, die Vermieter zu erreichen. Sie haben 2 Tage später auf unsere Beschwerde reagiert, wir haben also einen Tag vor der Abreise die zweite Decke bekommen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, mit gemütlichen Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr sauber. Die Fernbedienung ist klebrig, funktionierte nicht und es gibt Flecken auf der Schlafcouch. Wir werden also diese Ferienwohnung nie wieder ...
