„We had a fantastic time at this eco ranch, and Kathy made us feel instantly at home. The accommodations were wonderfully comfortable and simple, set in a gorgeous landscape that is Kathy and Bob’s 120 acres of property. „This A frame house is one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed. I honestly wish we spent more time there. It’s decorated beautifully and is kept up so well. Super clean and comfortable and the view of the lake was the icing on the cake. We stayed here so we could go to Mesa Verde and it was the perfect location to do so. It’s also close to town. I totally recommend staying here.“

„This was our 2nd stay and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. No pretentions, just what we expected for a cottage on the reservoir in the country. We had everything we needed to make lovely meals. The cottage is close to several hiking areas and ruins. Super host and hostess that are available when needed.“

„Property was very close to Delores with a remote wilderness feel. Saw lots of deer and horses. Only about 20 min. to Mesa Verde National Park. The only drawback was the sulfur smell from the hot water. We had a great stay.“

„Beautiful spacious house. Had a great stay with my family. Mark was great and very responsive! Our hot water went out the first night but Mark was able to get it fixed within an hour. This was the perfect house for our very large family. Definitely recommend“
