„I rented the skoolie to stay in while my son & I explored Mesa Verde. It was such a fun experience! Gave us a bit of a glamping experience, which I appreciated. The craftsmanship of the interior conversion is outstanding. The owners were also very responsive and helpful with our requests. I would absolutely stay here again if given the opportunity. “

„This beautiful home was perfect for our big family vacation! We skied in Purgatory and spent time in Durango. Perfect location and there was plenty of room for all of us ranging from 4 months to 65 years old! The basement was awesome for the kids and the kitchen had everything we needed. „Exactly what we were looking for—space AWAY from busy life, while we explored SW Colorado. Incredible views during the day, gorgeous sunrises/sunsets, and really dark night skies for excellent stargazing. As far as “tiny homes” go, this one certainly utilizes space efficiently! „Great property with so many beautiful touches. Coming from Arizona the flowers trees and green lovely trees were amazing. Very thoughtfully laid out property. Kitchen was well equipped and had plenty of room for family to have a small dinner. Beds were pretty comfy and the porch was perfect for rocking and laughing! “

„Great stay! The property is really nice and cozy in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of amenities. We all had plenty of room. There’s a composting bucket and there’s even a small cooler and ice packs for the cooler. Nice little touches for convenience. Place is very close to Safeway and Walmart and plenty of other stores. We didn’t get to use the outdoor space but it’s really nice! Absolutely recommend. “

„What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough ...

„We had a great stay. We enjoyed the outdoor space. The pond, paddleboat, paddle boards were a great way to relax after a morning hike and a day at Mesa Verde. The indoor space was great, too. It was nothing fancy but everything that we needed. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. There were restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again.“

„Honestly, it was a pleasant experience. I was a bit skeptical being so close to an RV Park and a highway. However, the area is surprisingly quiet for the location. Amenities were nice and as listed.
