„This was just the right size cottage and the location couldn’t have been better! We had a fairly easy drive up from the Logan International Airport, getting to downtown Newburyport was a breeze, and the little Plum Island store & restaurants were wonderful. The area around Sunny Side was quiet & peaceful. We would book it again!“

The two living areas a plus if staying a week with children gives adults and kids their own space. Plenty of room with our group of 7. Lots of outside patio space. Host Taylor was responsive to questions. “

„Great spot! House is fantastic, they did a really nice job with the remodeling and renovating. We loved the deck as well—gets a good amount of sun and is a good hangout spot. The yard is huge for games like frisbee and tossing a football. Only demerit is the dock—for one, it needs some redoing because it's falling apart. And two, it's not really set up to walk directly into the water because of lily pads and debris/rocks. But the community beach is within walking distance, so still not too ...

„We had such a great time at Sunset Paradise. It has a great location with wonderful views, a bit of privacy, and a cozy, fun house. The kitchen was stocked with all the extras you could need. Everything was maintained well, clean, and in good order. Plum Island was wonderful as well, we will be back someday. Highly recommend this gem of a place.“

„This modern and fun space sits within the town of Newburyport itself. Everything is within a very short walking distance. The unit we rented was exactly as described and super clean too. We were able to get fresh towels etc by communicating thru text. This will be our rebook go to when traveling to the area.Just book this place already “

„I could not have been happier with this rental. The communication was superb. The parking for the property was clearly marked. This is a pet friendly rental and honestly I was absolutely SHOCKED it did not smell and the unit was so clean. I did not see ONE bug inside. Almost hate to boast about this place so I can horde it for myself hahaha. I will happily reach out to rent this place again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

"Air conditioning was on full blast, full high fan as I entered the room. It was evening ad not a hot day. To save energy it could have been off or set very low until the occupant arrived. It is a very powerful fan."
