„The most dirty and run down hotel where I have been in 40 years of travelling. Old carpets, bad smell everywhere, you cannot open a window and the A/C is making horrible noise, even if you shut it of. They charge you for Valet and then ask you to drive the car around the block yourself. Incompetent and arrigant stuff. At checkout I was charged with a wrong unjustified amount. I asked for correction amd refund, but the manager refused to do that. I will take a lawyer and make a criminal report ...
