„My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week in early May 2025. The location is great - very close to Sombrero Beach and amenities (side note: I recommend Publix over Winn Dixie). We also liked being in Marathon; there are tons of restaurants to pick from and it is easy to visit other Keys as well. This property was cute, very clean, and well equipped. „We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious with lots of room for the 6 of us to spread out. The location was great for us and close to so many activities. Our favorite spot was the top level patio with a view of the water - peaceful, breezy and relaxing. A few minor things didn’t work like some of the ceiling fans but overall the accommodations were very nice. “

„It was really nice. The owners were friendly and available. 2 highlights of the property were it being on a canal, next it was at the back of the resort so it was very quiet and thirdly the splash pool that was also heated as a jacuzzi for relaxing in the evening. Plenty of dining and things to do in the area.“

„This property was great for our group of 11. Everyone had their own space, and we loved the outdoors area. Communication between the owners was easy and they were responsive. Just a heads up there are no spices, storage bags, garbage bags or Tupperware containers so you will need to purchase that yourself. Overall we had a great trip! This was our 4th time staying in Marathon and we love the location. “

„We stayed at this property and had a wonderful time! The property is just as you see it on here. We enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool, hot tub, and paddle boarding! Very close by is a restaurant called SS wreck which had delicious food and amazing key lime pie. We really loved the atmosphere and food at Sparky’s Landing which is just a little before Marathon.
