Other things to note:
- NO parties
- quiet hours are 10pm-7am. Please be courteous of the neighbors and neighborhood
- no smoking. Evidence of smoking will result in extra fees
- no more than 8 persons in the home at any given time without pre-approval
- We are excited to welcome you and your family/friends/furry friends and provide a comfortable stay. We will happily accommodate up to 2 dogs weighing 70lbs or less per stay. Please note that there is an additional $20 charge per night included with your stay that you may not see in your initial booking price. The pet fee does not cover any additional cleaning needed due to excess pet hair, waste clean-up, odor, or damage caused by your sweet furry friends.
To ensure a great stay we require that your furry friends are not left unattended unless secured in a crate for their comfort and safety. This includes service animals. Please only bring friendly, house trained dogs that do receive regular flea treatment. And please be respectful of the linens, rugs and furniture.
