„This property was completely misrepresented. Paint flaking off the wall. Cracks in the ceiling. Almost every door needed repair and repainting. Other peoples toothbrushes and other personal items left in bathroom. Hotels .com should be ashamed to list this property. I am demanding a complete refund and will never use Hotels.com again. Below is one of the many pictures I took of this “deluxe” property.“

„Everything was perfect and just what we needed for an excellent stay for our first time visiting Memphis. “

„The property is in a very nice historical district. The duplex is old so old original features are to be expected. It was decorated nicely and was comfortable. Water for showering was not hot and water pressure was weak in the shower. Kitchen water got hot quickly and there was good water pressure in there. Overall our stay was great (except showering) and we enjoyed the property and neighborhood. “
