„We have stayed at the Remington numerous times on trip to visit our daughter. Today at breakfast was disappointing for all as there was only one staff member on trying to check all in, make coffee's for all, clean up tables and restock the breakfast supplies. The staff member was doing a sterling job due to the lack of support she had.“

„Basic basic accommodation. No problems.“

„Staff were friendly however restaurant is closed, also pipes have bad water hammer,air-conditioner is efficient but very noisy and traffic noise is also a problem. Receptionist was helpful in providing recommendations for eating out and the Thai restaurant had great meals many of which were gluten free.“

„If I could rate it 0 stars I would!! The sheets were absolutely disgusting (see photos) Bathroom cleanliness was also sub par. I do not recommend this hotel & I would never stay here again!!“

„Nice place to stay“

„Very friendly staff, good bed, clean room, would stay again.“

„This a beautiful near new home that was comfortable and well appointed. The house is close to the main town but as it’s in the main road it was very noisy during the night and early morning“

„My family and I, enjoyed our stay at Portman's... The rooms were very clean. The shops are very close including restaurants. I will stay there again next time.“

„Although the unit we stayed in was compact, it was perfectly laid out and furnished. The standard of the kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery was much better than anywhere I've stayed. The furniture, bedding and general styling was done very thoughtfully across the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room to make the whole place comfortable and sumptuous. Its location in a quiet cul-de-sac near the centre of town was just right.“

„Such an easy check-in. Room was really clean, well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of parking. Quiet area. A perfect 2 night stay for us.“
