The Space:
Located in the heart of the Florida Keys (one hour from Key West and one hour from Key Largo), this beautifully decorated property in Coral Lagoon is conveniently located right off US1, nestled back within the marina away from any traffic - end Unit #15. Spend your Florida vacation in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Key West style townhome enjoying any of the wonderful Keys attractions close by. Swim with the dolphins at the Nearby Dolphin and Research Center. The Turtle Hospital and Rehabilitation Center is close by, along with Crane Point Hammock where you can get a “fish pedicure by the gulf”. Boating, snorkeling, saltwater fishing, kayakers, foodies and nature lovers will find something here. Guy Fieri has been here – lookup his Diner, Drive-Ins and Dives.
Shaded outdoor seating provides great entertaining and lounging areas. Eat out at one of the many top rated restaurants close by, or whip up dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or on the electric barbecue. Tired and want to just relax? Each bedroom has its own Smart TV, with a 70” screen in the living area. This unit also has a washer and dryer on the second floor. We are located in the resort-style community of Coral Lagoon with a beautifully landscaped pool area (heated) and is in close proximity to shopping, charter boats and tourist attractions. This is a non smoking property.
**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: The project will continue through at least January 2026, with this timeline remaining tentative and subject to change based on weather and construction progress. A temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. The rest of the property remains fully equipped!
This property is located on a full service marina: The Boat House Marina with slips and all amenities available to boaters at an additional cost. Pricing has been discounted due to the unit’s boat slip not being available at this time.
BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
