„It is a room in an unkempt old house, with no security at night. No breakfast included. Expedia showed three rooms, 2 AC rooms and one non AC. We booked AC room making full payment online. At the time of check out the caretaker asked us to pay extra money for the room, saying it is a special room. We felt it is too much for that kind of facility.“

„One of the worst hotel experiences so far. No toilet rolls - had to wait for 1 hr 10 min and 4 phone calls to get it. dirty bedsheets and towels. no breakfast even after waiting for an hour. had to leave the hotel with other guests to some place outside to get breakfast. and no refund for the same. there are many better options in that area. this one is just a disgrace to india tourism.“

„Großartig! Jeden Abend gibt es eine Gratissonnenuntergangsbootsfahrt. Das Freiluftbadezimmer hat mir besonders gefallen. Nicht zu vergessen, der Infinitypool. Manchmal gab es kleinere Kommunikationsprobleme weil das Personal meist nur gebrochen Englisch spricht und ich kein Hindi kann.“

„What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. „Eine zauberhafte Anlage in wunderbarer Umgebung mit viel Atmosphäre. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass rund um die Uhr einige Pavillions umgebaut werden, was auch notwendig ist. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, aber es muss noch ziemlich viel lernen was guter Service ist.“

„Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig angelegt. Nebst der normalen Dusche hat es noch eine weitere unter freiem Himmel. Highlight der Anlage ist der 100 Meter lange Pool, in dem man durch die Anlage "spazieren" kann. Sehr freundlicher Staff, alle Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt.“

„We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. „Hotellet har en relativt stor pool som ligger centralt i hotellområdet. Från poolen har man vacker utsikt över sjön. Rummen är av standard-karaktär, men de är rena och har luftkonditionering. "We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn. When strolling through the property, we had to watch our step due to goose droppings. The pool area was enjoyable due to the lack of other guests, but housekeeping was disappointing—old towels from the previous day were left until we requested them to be cleared. The restaurant offered good food but had limited vegetarian options and a less relaxed atmosphere. Activities like boat tours seemed overpriced, so we opted for private bookings. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in maintenance and service."
