„Sehr schönes, originelles Resort am See in Kerala. wir waren in einem der uralten Bungalow mit Blick auf die Flussmündung in den See und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die ganze Anlage und Hoteleigenen Angebote sind auf Erholung zugeschnitten. Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der SPA-Bereich kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. „Eine zauberhafte Anlage in wunderbarer Umgebung mit viel Atmosphäre. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass rund um die Uhr einige Pavillions umgebaut werden, was auch notwendig ist. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich, aber es muss noch ziemlich viel lernen was guter Service ist.“

„We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn. „Hotellet har en relativt stor pool som ligger centralt i hotellområdet. Från poolen har man vacker utsikt över sjön. Rummen är av standard-karaktär, men de är rena och har luftkonditionering. Badrummet var något slitet. Personalen är mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Det finns inget att göra utanför hotellområdet och inga promenadområden. Maten är fantastiskt god och mycket prisvärd!“

„Das Resort ist in sehr gutem Zustand, die Gärten und die ganze Anlage sind sehr gepflegt, der öffentliche Strand ist zu Fuß in 200 m zu erreichen und war zur Zeit des Monsuns praktisch menschenleer und sehr sauber. Die einzelnen Zimmer/Appartements stehen isoliert und sind sehr schön gestaltet. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit ist perfekt und die Anlage ist recht groß. Die Küche und das Restaurant sind sehr gut. Wir hatten erholsame und ruhige Tage.“

„Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig angelegt. Nebst der normalen Dusche hat es noch eine weitere unter freiem Himmel. Highlight der Anlage ist der 100 Meter lange Pool, in dem man durch die Anlage "spazieren" kann. Sehr freundlicher Staff, alle Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt.“

„This property was lovely and we especially enjoyed taking the canoes through the waterway for 7 minutes to the beach. The spa was wonderful and the restaurant on the property is excellent. Fabulous breakfast buffet, and they will make eggs for you. Two nights was not enough here!“

„Remember, this is not about a 5 star stay. This is a family home near the beach. Jimmy, his wife and his son Emile, offer a delightful, 'all we can do to help' environment. It's lovely and your not trashing the environment with loads of ultimately unnecessary extras. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. Great home cooking...excellent trips and good aircon. Thanks guys. “

„We stayed 3 days here. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had a pool villa which was just fabulous! My wife and daughters loved the massages. I cannot give it 5 stars because of how uncomfortable the pool chairs were. The loungers had no cushioning and the plastic lawn chairs were aged, stained, and some were cracked. I was planning on spending time at the pool reading a book while the rest of the family got massages, but literally could not sit on the lounge chairs for more than ...

„What a wonderful place, very beautiful and relaxing. Accommodation absolutely top notch, staff even better. Having stayed in several highly rated 5 star hotels during our month long tour of India we felt this to be the best. "I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend ."

"We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn. When strolling through the property, we had to watch our step due to goose droppings. The pool area was enjoyable due to the lack of other guests, but housekeeping was disappointing—old towels from the previous day were left until we requested them to be cleared. The restaurant offered good food but had limited vegetarian options and a less relaxed atmosphere. Activities like boat tours seemed overpriced, so we opted for private bookings. Overall, a mixed experience with room for improvement in maintenance and service."
