„We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. Our villa was spacious with a lovely view from the balcony, though it lacked balcony furniture to relax. While the property was clean, it felt a bit outdated and worn. „Friendly staff and a nice spacious room. An excellent location and the adjoining cafe was excellent with wonderful staff who were most engaging. However the building needed upgrading. Lots of minor things were worn or not working. My room was not cleaned in 4 days. The pool needed sweeping for leaves which I did. Small pool which felt abandoned but was a pleasure. It’s a nice hotel but really needs a lot of small improvements. “
