The space
The Hickory floors and floor to ceiling windows make you feel as you are part of the outdoors, the large deck provides an outdoor gathering space as well.
The loft lounge area, with its Juliet balcony, is a perfect location to soak in the beauty of Lake Superior, do yoga, draw, gaze at the stars with the telescope or just hang out.
The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, stocked with several spices, oils and vinegars to give your inner chef a chance to shine!
Enjoy the main floor media room with books and games should you decide to stay in and hang out.
There is a main floor laundry and convenient half bath right off the foyer. Adjoining the kitchen is an inviting office space that is connected to the whole house mesh WIFI tapped in to a gigabit fiberoptic.

The main floor master bedroom has large windows, walk-in closet and private bathroom with tub and separate shower accented by artistic tiling. Upstairs there are two generously sized bedrooms with large windows and nice closets. The second floor has a full bathroom .

There is additional space in the basement level that includes a bedroom, living room, kitchenet and 3/4 bath. Its ground level entry has its own 65 inch big screen TV and lots of southern windows.

You will be provided a unique keycode that will allow access to 3 doors. The main entrance, lower level and garage.
Other things to note
FOR DOG OWNERS:
Some friendly reminders: As fellow dog-lovers, we love allowing 1 dog per visit at the chalet but layout guidelines so that we can continue to offer dogs to stay.

Dogs that are not fully house trained are not allowed.
- Keep dogs off beds.
- Keep them off furniture.
- Do not leave them unsupervised (unless kenneled).
- Carefully vacuum/ brush all hair off rugs and couches (check under cushions, too). Rug maybe rolled up during your stay to protect them.

You might need to bring:
- brushes/lint rollers for dog hair clean-up (we have decent vacuums but find that brushes/rollers make it easier)
- if your pooch is left alone in the chalet it must be in a crate.
- we have one large crate setup in the foyer but you'll need to provide a pad or blanket.
- if you have more than one dog you'll need to bring additional crates.

When outside:
- Do pickup behind dogs and place waste in the garbage to take with you as we have kids that play in the yard. We have also found discarded bags in the woods - don't do that.
- Do keep pets close or on a leash when outside. Letting dogs run even to just let them out to go to the bathroom, is not an option with respect for neighbors, wildlife in the neighborhood and to ensure waste is properly pickup and disposed of.
