"Ein wirklich wunderschönes und besonderes Hotel in Florenz! Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kloster, was ihm eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und sehr viel Charme verleiht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die drei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sie gehören definitiv zu den herzlichsten und freundlichsten Menschen, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Vom ersten Moment an waren sie unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!"

"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."

"Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Grand Hotel Mediterraneo und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist super sauber und gepflegt, und das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet – große Auswahl und alles sehr gut. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den kostenlosen Shuttle-Service in die Innenstadt für Hotelgäste, wodurch man Florenz sehr bequem erkunden kann. Insgesamt hat für uns alles gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen."
